Orders & shipping
Do you ship?
Yes, we ship via Correos across the Canary Islands. You can also pick up your order for free at the studio, at Calle J. Guttemberg 1, Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Do you ship to mainland Spain or abroad?
Not at the moment — we only ship within the Canary Islands. If you're elsewhere and something catches your eye, write to us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.
Can I pick up my order at the studio?
Of course — studio pickup is free. You'll get your order confirmation by email; drop by during opening hours and we'll have it ready.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes — all shop prices include the 7% IGIC. Only shipping is added at checkout.
How can I pay?
By card, through a secure checkout. Your payment details are processed by the payment gateway — we never see them.
Workshops & classes
Do I need experience to join?
No — our workshops are designed for complete beginners too, with professional guidance at your own pace.
How many people per class?
We work in small groups of up to 6 people per class, so everyone gets their space and attention.
What if I can't make it to a class?
You can make it up: let us know at least 24 hours in advance and recover the class within the current month.
How do I book my spot?
Write to us on WhatsApp or through the contact form and we'll set you up in our booking system, where you pick your classes in a couple of taps.
Kiln & coworking
Can I fire pieces made outside the studio?
Yes — bring them over and enjoy your finished pieces. Check rates and options on the kiln page.
What temperatures do you fire at?
We run 950º, 1020º and 1220º curves; other temperatures up to 1280º on request, always with the material's technical sheet.
How does the coworking work?
Come monthly or by the hour, with full freedom of schedule. All the details and rates are on the coworking page.
