Terms of purchase

1. Scope
These terms govern purchases made in the online shop at https://estudiodeceramica.com, owned by Olimpia Asistencias, SLU (tax ID B76578053, Calle J. Guttemberg, 1, 38109 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, España).
2. Products and prices
The products offered are ceramics supplies: clays, glazes, raw materials, engobes and tools. Prices are shown in euros and include IGIC (7%). Shipping costs are shown separately before payment confirmation.
3. Purchase process and payment
Purchases are processed through a secure checkout managed by Shopify. Payment can be made with the cards and methods shown at checkout. Orders are confirmed by email.
4. Shipping and pickup
We ship via Correos across the Canary Islands (provinces of Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife); for now we do not ship outside the islands. Shipping costs €6.99 per order and is free on orders of €55 or more; the amount is shown before payment confirmation. You can also pick up your order free of charge at the studio (Calle J. Guttemberg, 1, Santa Cruz de Tenerife) during opening hours, once we let you know it is ready.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without justification, by writing to info@estudiodeceramica.com. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging; return costs are borne by the customer. Sealed products that have been unsealed and are unsuitable for return for hygiene or safety reasons are excluded. We will refund the amount paid, including the original shipping costs, within 14 calendar days of being notified of your withdrawal, using the same payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the products.
6. Issues and warranty
If your order arrives damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement. Products carry the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery established by consumer law.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For purchases made by consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence will have jurisdiction.
