We process the data you provide through our contact channels (form, email, WhatsApp or phone) and, once the shop is live, the data needed to manage your orders.

• Answering enquiries about workshops, coworking and kiln services.
• Managing class and workshop bookings.
• Managing online shop orders: purchase, payment, shipping and invoicing.
• Complying with legal, accounting and tax obligations.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on contract performance or pre-contractual measures (bookings and orders), your consent (enquiries) and compliance with legal obligations (invoicing).

4. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except under legal obligation. We rely on service providers acting as processors: web hosting, e-commerce platform (Shopify) for payments and orders, and the postal operator (Correos) for shipping. Some providers may be located outside the EEA under adequate safeguards.
